PLEASE NOTE: A recent decision by the Indian Government to ban all tourist activity within tiger parks has been lifted. Tourists are again allowed into national parks, including Ranthambore National Park and Bandhavgarth National Park, and all game drives will resume as normal.

KUMBH MELA 2013 - TRIP ITINERARY CHANGES

PLEASE NOTE: From the 27th January to the 25th February 2013, Kumbh Mela will take place in Allahabad. This is a mass Hindu pilgrimage, and has in the past, attracted 40 million people over the course of the pilgrimage. Due to safety concerns we will not be visiting Allahabad at this time. Instead, on Day 5 we will head back to Varanasi rather than spend the night in Allahabad. The itinerary will be as below:

Day 1 Delhi
Day 2 Sightseeing / Overnight train to Varanasi.
Day 3 Varanasi
Day 4 Ganges Sailing
Day 5 Varansi
Day 6- 7 Bandhavgarh
Day 8 Khajuraho
Day 9-10 Orchha.
Day 11-12 Chanderi
Day 13 Agra
Day 14-15 Delhi
