This is a mass Hindu pilgrimage, and has in the past, attracted 40 million people over the course of the pilgrimage. Due to safety concerns we will not be visiting Allahabad at this time. Instead, on Day 5 we will head back to Varanasi rather than spend the night in Allahabad. The itinerary will be as below: Day 1 Delhi Day 2 Sightseeing / Overnight train to Varanasi. Day 3 Varanasi Day 4 Ganges Sailing Day 5 Varansi Day 6- 7 Bandhavgarh Day 8 Khajuraho Day 9-10 Orchha. Days 1-2 Delhi

Day 3 Agra

Famed for the awe-inspiring Taj Mahal, Agra is a city with a fascinating history and is rich in Mughal heritage, lush gardens and exquisite buildings and temples.

Days 4-5 Chanderi

Known for the quality of their handwoven saris, Chanderi is an enchanting town with a fascinating history, a stunning old fort and a strong Jain culture.

Days 10-11 Bandhavgarh National Park

Founded in 1968, Bandhavgarh National Park was once a royal hunting ground. The park has India's biggest tiger population and is rich in animal species and birdlife.

Days 12-14 Varanasi

The holy city of Varanasi, sitting on the River Ganges for thousands of years, attracts scores of pilgrims and travellers wanting to discover something divine.

Day 15 Delhi

Delhi has been an important city in India for well over 2000 years, and its cultural richness and diversity radiates from every corner.
