Days 1-2 Delhi

It's big, it's bold, it's busy - and there is nowhere in the world quite like it. Delhi's sights and sounds are sure to engage and intrigue.

Days 3-4 Bandhavgarh National Park

Founded in 1968, Bandhavgarh National Park was once a royal hunting ground. The park has India's biggest tiger population and is rich in animal species and birdlife.

Day 5 Khajuraho

Khajuraho is a small, friendly city that is best known for its Hindu and Jain temples that are adorned with erotic carvings depicting the Kama Sutra.

Days 6-7 Orchha

Meaning 'hidden', Orchha is a small village with a grand history and is covered with 16th-century temples and buildings still standing proud.

Day 8 Agra

Famed for the awe-inspiring Taj Mahal, Agra is a city with a fascinating history and is rich in Mughal heritage, lush gardens and exquisite buildings and temples.

Day 9 Karauli Rural Heritage Stay

A small town by India's standards, Karauli retains a lovely rural feel and has some impressive palaces and heritage buildings.

Days 10-11 Ranthambore National Park

Covering 392 sq km of forest, Ranthambhore National Park has over 40 species of animals and 300 species of birds, but its most famous inhabitants are its tigers.

Days 12-13 Jaipur

Jaipur was designed by royalty and has delighted visitors for centuries with its pink-hued buildings, wonderful bazaars and rainbow of bright colours dancing along hectic streets.

Days 14-15 Delhi

Delhi has been an important city in India for well over 2000 years, and its cultural richness and diversity radiates from every corner.

    PLEASE NOTE: A recent decision by the Indian Government to ban all tourist activity within tiger parks has been lifted. Tourists are again allowed into national parks, including Ranthambore National Park and Bandhavgarth National Park, and all game drives will resume as normal.
