This tour takes in the best of Northern India and Nepal. Travel from Delhi to Kathmandu stopping at the epicentres of spirituality, dense jungles and national parks along the way. You will learn the significance of traditional customs of the Himalayas before heading on a safari to spot tigers and other exotic creatures at the Corbett and Royal Bardia National Parks. After relaxing and soaking up the views from Pokhara, our journey finally brings us to Kathmandu. Day 1 Delhi

It's big, it's bold, it's busy - and there is nowhere in the world quite like it. Delhi's sights and sounds are sure to engage and intrigue.

Days 2-3 Amristar

With the Golden Temple (Harmandir Sahib) shining like a jewel in its centre, Amritsar is a fascinating city sacred to both Sikhs and Hindus.

Days 4-5 Dharamasala

Dharamsala, a beautiful and spiritual city set high in the verdant Kangra Valley, is home to many Tibetan exiles, with the Dalai Lama being the most famous.

Days 6-7 Shimla

Sitting high up in the north-west Himalayas, Shimla is a charming town with houses built into the mountain, lovely heritage buildings and strong cultural traditions.

Day 8 Bush Camp

Take in the in sights, colours and sounds of Indian rural life, setting up camp for the night among India's wilderness.

Days 9-10 Corbett National Park

Popular with bird watchers and wildlife lovers, Corbett National Park is India's oldest national park consisting of 520 sq km of pristine forest and jungle.

Days 11-12 Royal Bardia National Park

Royal Bardia National Park is 968 sq km of regenerated forest, and is one of the few places in southern Asia that has one-horned rhinos and wild elephants.

Day 13 Butwal

An unassuming city with the Siwalik Hills looming in the distance, Butwal is a good stop over point between Kathmandu and western Nepal.

Days 14-15 Pokhara

Nestled in a valley and sitting on a lake so still it reflects the mountains, Pokhara is the gateway to the Annapurna Ranges and Nepal's second largest city.

Days 16-17 Kathmandu

Kathmandu is like an alluring whirlwind of sights, sounds, smells and colours. Almost overwhelming, its charm and history peaks out from the most unexpected places rendering most visitors enamoured.
