TAJ MAHAL DOME RESTORATIONS
The main dome on the Taj Mahal will undergo mud pack therapy due to begin in April 2017. It is likely the entire dome will be obscured by iron scaffolding. Portions of the white marble façade will be covered in mud and plastic sheets during the cleaning process. The restorations will be carried out in sections and the work on the dome is expected to last one year

Kathmandu to Dehli is a great way to see both Nepal and some of India. The tour is busy and moving but allows time to enjoy your surroundings and free time to explore on your own as well. Our date ended April 8 and that was late in the tourist season and it became very hot to be hiking around.
