Mount Toubkal treks & tours

North Africa's highest peak calls to be climbed

Jebel Toubkal stands 4167m above the mighty Atlas Ranges ofĀ Morocco.Ā Itā€™s a mountain that has captivated adventurers for centuries ā€“ a stark ascent through lowland floodplains, charming Amazigh villages and rocky gorges strewn with snow. The climb is not for the faint of heart, but the sweeping views from the peak, across the jagged line of theĀ Atlas MountainsĀ and theĀ SaharaĀ beyond, must be seen to be believed.Ā

Starting our ascent of Toubkal just before dawn to reach the summit about four hours later was a lifetime experience. Our group was led superbly by Mohammed and Ibrahim, who throughout our trip looked after us as friends and ensured not only our safety but our enjoyment at all times.

This trip was excellent! Our guide Mohamed was greatā€”really knowledgeable, friendly and we all felt very safe in the mountains. The food was amazing and the week spent in the mountains was so much fun. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing trip through the Atlas Mountains with experienced local guides. Climbing Mount Toubkal was a highlight but equally enjoyed visiting the villages along the way and learning more about the people, culture and food.

Such a great trip with brilliant guides (Lahcien, Ibraham and Mohammed). They set a good steady pace so we all made it to the summit without any issues. The food was really good and there was lots of it. Couldnā€™t have asked for a better week.
