Please do not book any flights out this evening. The Airport is located 1hr drive out of Windhoek and although we generally make it back to the hotel in Windhoek by 5:00pm, it can be difficult to get to the airport in time for flights. 4. This trip is run by our experienced sister company Peregrine Adventures. Your group is therefore likely to be a mixture of Intrepid passengers and other like-minded international travellers. 5. Days 1-2 Victoria Falls

Victoria Falls is a town on the Zimbabwean side of the falls, with spectacular views and a reputation as the adventure capital of Zimbabwe.

Days 3-4 Chobe National Park

With a diverse range of ecosystems, a humungous number of elephants and the largest concentration of game found in Africa, Chobe National Park is safari heaven.

Days 5-6 Caprivi Strip

A paradise of flooded plains and swamps, teeming with wildlife, the Caprivi Strip is a long finger of land jutting out from north-eastern Namibia.

Days 7-8 Okavango Delta

Full of animals, islands and unforgettable scenery, the Okavango Delta is the world's largest inland delta and is best explored by mokoro (dugout canoe).

Day 9 Rundu

Located across the river from Angola, Rundu is a medium-sized town that is well-known for its wood carving and lively open market.

Days 10-11 Etosha National Park

With excellent game viewing and stunning landscapes, Etosha National Park was established in 1907 and is home to hundreds of animal, reptile and bird species.

Days 12-13 Damaraland

Home to Namibia's highest peak, ancient rock paintings and petrified forests, the harshly beautiful and sparsely populated Damaraland region is a land of spectacular contrasts.

Day 14 Windhoek

In Windhoek, it almost feels as if you've stepped out of Africa and into Europe with its Germanic architecture, cosy street cafes and modern malls.
