Croatia Sailing Adventure - Trogir to Dubrovnik 2015 Summary

Add to Shortlist

Day 1 Trogir/Rogoznica

Your adventure begins on with a group meeting at 4pm on Day 1 in Trogir followed by a 30 minute drive to Rogoznica where we board the boat. Rogoznica is a lively peninsula with an array of local restaurants and activities.

Day 2 Split/Hvar

A vibrant mixture of golden history and present-day delights, the city of Split grew out from the remains of Diocletian's Palace - some of the most impressive ruins on the Mediterranean. Known as the 'Queen of the Dalmatian Islands', Hvar has idyllic beaches, dramatic cliffs, ancient olive groves and relaxed towns with wonderfully preserved Renaissance facades.

Day 3 Brac

The largest island in central Dalmatia, Brac's rocky interior is fringed with beautiful beaches and picturesque seaside towns set among steep cliffs and a distinctly Mediterranean landscape.

Day 4 Blace

A small village at the mouth of the River Neretva, Blace lies in a fertile region where mandarins and other citrus fruit are grown in abundance.

Day 5 Korcula

Romantic and evocative, the island of Korcula boasts a stunning Old Town, which reflects the many diverse influences which have shaped its long history.

Day 6 Mljet

Legendary in ancient history as the idyllic island where the shipwrecked Odysseus lived for seven years, today Mljet is a haven of lush forests and small villages.

Day 7 Ston/Zaton

A fortified town on the isthmus that joins the mainland and the Peljesac Peninsula, Ston has a long history as an important salt-producing town.

Day 8 Dubrovnik

The undisputed jewel of the Dalmatian Coast, Dubrovnik is a beautiful white stone town that is picturesque, full of character and surrounded entirely by city walls.
