My Intrepid Thailand trip was an amazing experience – thanks for the great time and good memories. I took several books with me, but the tour was so good that I had barely a chance to read at all. The one book I did read and enjoyed while on the tour was The Travels of Marco Polo.
These are vignettes written by the famous explorer himself. They are easy to follow and talk about the wonders of The East. They are vivid and honest tales about the amazing cultures and history of that exotic region. The reader joins Marco Polo on his famous travels. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to read more about Asia, and as the perfect book to read while travelling through Asia. The book brings out the explorer in everyone!
