The situation is incredibly challenging, but Plan are succeeding. They are helping 363,974 people in Kenya – providing supplementary feeding at schools, water trucking and storage, therapeutic feeding programs, hygiene promotion, as well as child protection. In Ethiopia, Plan is reaching more than 181,000 of the most vulnerable – providing emergency food supplies especially for young children and mothers, hygiene promotion, water supplies and child protection.
Plan is reaching more than 112,000 people in South Sudan – assisting in school feeding, food assistance for the returnees, hygiene promotion and provision of agricultural supplies to help families break the cycle of hunger.
