As a company of travellers, we believe it is our responsibility to sustain and protect the environment we use and enjoy.

Ten years ago, the award-winning documentary An Inconvenient Truth shocked our business into action, with Intrepid making a commitment to minimise our environmental impact through our Carbon Management Plan.

In the ten years since, we've made remarkable progress; we offset the carbon emissions from each trip by investing in renewable energy projects and recently made a commitment to double carbon offsets on all US trips in response to President Trump pulling out of the Paris Agreement. But a lot more still needs to be done by individuals and organisations if we are going to make a difference.

So to empower and educate us all to make a difference, we’ve teamed up with Al Gore's new feature film, An Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power and are offering to refund the cost of your movie ticket*.

Simply post your movie ticket to the address below, along with your personal details including email address and mobile number linked to your Paypal account, and we will arrange a refund via Paypal.

What Intrepid is doing about climate change

Watch the trailer here:

A decade after AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH brought climate change into the heart of popular culture, comes the riveting and rousing follow-up that shows just how close we are to a real energy revolution. Vice President Al Gore continues his tireless fight traveling around the world training an army of climate champions and influencing international climate policy. Cameras follow him behind the scenes – in moments both private and public, funny and poignant -- as he pursues the inspirational idea that while the stakes have never been higher, the perils of climate change can be overcome with human ingenuity and passion.

See An Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power in Cinemas AUGUST 10.
