Geography and Environment of Cameroon

  • Watefall in the rainforest, Cameroon

Cameroon’s geography has it all: deserts, beaches, rainforest and mountains. The northern plains, ideal for game spotting, give way to (still active) volcanic peaks. In the south, the coastal strip is a slice of tropical paradise with your choice of black or white-sand beaches. Neighbouring countries include Nigeria, Chad, Republic of Congo, Gabon and Equatorial Guinea.
