The trip was exactly what I wanted it to be and Gabriel was a first-rate guide. What I liked best about Gabriel was the way he managed to balance the culinary and the cultural aspects of the tour. He was also of considerable assistance to me when I came down with inflamed bronchitis.

Gabriel made it to one of the best weeks in our lives! Would love to do exactly the same tour again! The itinerary was almost perfect: I would stay less nights in Mexico City and for that more nights in Oaxaca! ;)
