Days 1-2 Victoria Falls

Known locally as Mosi oa Tunya, the 'smoke that thunders', Vic Falls is a mesmerising place to start this adventure.

Days 3-4 Chobe National Park

Cross into Botswana and travel through Chobe, which is home to a massive elephant population. Enjoy a sunset cruise, keeping an eye out for crocs and hippos hiding just under the water.

Days 5-6 Caprivi Strip

Travel to Namibia’s Caprivi Strip, where the remarkable flooded plains and swamps are packed with wildlife. Meet locals on a visit to a small village.

Days 7-8 Okavango Delta

Today Botswana calls, to the tune of the watery wonderland that is the Okavango Delta. Stay in a houseboat and travel the waterways by dug-out canoe, witnessing myriad wildlife, such as elephants, hippos, and big cats.

Day 9 Rundu

Head towards the Angola border to the charming town of Rundu, where a relaxing riverside lodge and colourful markets await.

Days 10-11 Etosha National Park

Safari through Chobe National Park and hopefully see the Big Five in action and an array of other amazing animals drinking at the park's numerous waterholes.

Days 12-13 Damaraland

Be startled by the atmospheric environs of Damaraland’s petrified forests, red sands and rocky outcrops. It's a wonderful place to spot wildlife and enjoy mesmerising sunsets over the African savanna.

Day 14 Windhoek

Make tracks through red desert plains to Windhoek, Namibia’s capital, where this Botswana adventure ends.
