Day 1 Sydney/Mudgee
Arrive early to enjoy some of Sydney's famous attractions before saying farewell to the 'Big Smoke'. Head to the Koala Park Sanctuary and enjoy an encounter with Australia's unique wildlife. Stop for a bite to eat in the Blue Mountains and then continue on to Mudgee, a town renowned for its delicious local food and wine. Spend the night in a traditional country pub and enjoy feasting on fresh local produce.

Day 2 Inglevale Homestead
Get immersed in farm culture on a visit to Inglevale Homestead in rural New South Wales. See demonstrations of sheep shearing and working dogs at their best. Chow down on Aussie tucker by the campfire, hear bush poetry and, weather permitting, go on a tour of the night sky's heavenly bodies as our hosts explain the constellations and their Aboriginal legends. Camp out tonight under an endless blanket of sparkling stars.

Day 3 Bathurst/Blue Mountains
Dose up on rustic charm while travelling through historic villages in country New South Wales. Learn about a local fossil site that's 360 million years old. Wander through the Abercrombie Caves and explore a historic mining village. Finish the day in the Megalong Valley located in the stunning World Heritage listed Blue Mountains National Park. Spend a memorable night in cabins nestled in the heart of the Aussie bush.

Day 4 Sydney
Saddle up for an optional horse ride or take a scenic walk through nearby bushland before heading to Katoomba to ride the world's steepest railway to the Jamison Valley. Catch a glimpse of the Blue Mountain's famous Three Sisters, stop off to admire ancient Aboriginal rock art near the township of Glenbrook before hitting the highway back to the bright lights of the city. There are so many fun things to do in Sydney that it's worth staying an extra few nights to fit them all in!
