Day 1 Broome/Cape Leveque

Depart Broome and head for the Dampier Peninsula along rugged 4x4 tracks. Discover Dreamtime legends on a guided bushwalk through Western Australia's traditional Bardi saltwater country. Camp at Cape Leveque and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. The next day, join a snorkelling, fishing or sea kayaking adventure, or just kick back on one of the Cape's magnificent beaches and relax. Enjoy a flame-grilled dinner then sleep under the Kimberley sky.

Day 2 Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm & Buccaneer Archipelago Camping

Lap up some free time at glorious Cape Leveque. Zip offshore for a snorkel or fish, or stick to land and explore the area's rugged red coastline. Following lunch, we head across the peninsula for a tour of the Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm – the oldest Pearl Farm in Australia. Next up is a cruise through the Islands of the Giant Tides. Then, come evening, learn about the local traditions, lifestyle and culture, perhaps catching a fish for dinner.

Day 3 One Arm Point & Lombadina

Journey to the One Arm Point community, which is perched on the tip of the Dampier Peninsula, and witness the Buccaneer Archipelago’s huge tidal flows. Saltwater crocodiles, sharks and sea snakes make their home here in waters where humans rarely venture. Visit an aquaculture hatchery then enjoy lunch in the gardens of the Lombadina community. Return to Broome, where this cultural adventure ends.
