- 2014-04-01 - 2015-03-31
Take in the sights of Victoria and South Australia's southern coastline and visit Kangaroo Island
Get acquainted with southern Australia's oh-so-spectacular stretch of coastline on a four-day road trip from Melbourne to Adelaide that takes in Kangaroo Island. Watch giant surf crash dramatically against the Twelve Apostles, peer up at sleepy koalas snuggled away in their gumtree hide-outs and perhaps spy dolphins surfing your ferry's wake over to Kangaroo Island. Suss out Vivonne Bay's local nightlife on a guided night walk, watch penguins patter up the beach at Point Ellen and see why Remarkable Rocks are named what they are. A world away from the crowds, parties and high-rise skylines that often predominate Australia's more famous northern beaches, the coast of southern Australia is in a league of its own when it comes to the spectacular.
