Travel from Alice Springs to Uluru and Watarrka National Park with a German-speaking guide
Venture into Australia's rugged Red Centre in the company of a German translator and encounter the mystical landscapes and staggering natural attractions that have made the Outback so justly famous. Wander among the 36 domes of Kata Tjuta on a Valley of the Winds walk, be treated to a hearty campsite dinner and fall asleep gazing up into some of the clearest skies you're ever likely to behold. Catch an unforgettable sunrise over Uluru and learn about Aboriginal Australia's Dreamtime culture from a local Indigenous guide before visiting Australia's own Lost City and Garden of Eden on the Kings Canyon Rim Walk. Short on time but big on experience, this three-day Uluru Safari provides a fascinating insight into the quintessential Australian Outback for native German speakers (the tour code for this trip was previously PISRG).

Welcome to Alice Springs, the Red Centre's dusty, character-filled heart. Make tracks for Uluru, stopping by a camel farm en route for an optional ride on one of these intriguing creatures. Arrive in our permanent campsite at Yulara and check out the 36 domes of Kata Tjuta on a Valley of the Winds hike. Watch the colour of the rocks change, glass of sparkling in hand, as the Outback works one of its magical sunsets, then return to a home-cooked dinner at camp.
Wake early for the opportunity to witness a truly unforgettable sunrise over Uluru. View the rock from different vantage points and learn about one of the world's oldest living cultures on an interpretive walk led by a local Indigenous guide. Browse Aboriginal arts and crafts at the Cultural Centre, then travel on to our exclusive campsite located within the Watarrka National Park for another night camped under sparkling night skies.
Enter the Lost City and take a dip in the Garden of Eden on the Kings Canyon Rim Walk. Wander among the ochre-coloured rock walls and columns of Watarrka National Park before heading back to Alice Springs. Perhaps stick around for an extra night or two to see more of the town's sights.
