We are hunting for outstanding Agent Sales Consultants who will be in charge of maximising sales of all Intrepid Group and airfare products over the phone and via e-mail to travel agents, and to some direct passengers.

We are now calling for expressions of interest for this new vacancy. This role will provide leadership to the team, grow sales and deliver service-level excellence for PEAK DMC Vietnam. The Team Leader is responsible for the team of consultants achieving sales targets and exceptional customer performance levels in consultation and booking of tailored FIT trips. The leader will provide guidance, training and direction as the team delivers product development, itinerary building and customer service, based on the PEAK DMC minimum standards, company philosophies and operational systems. The Sales Team Leader will also service their own clients and take a more hands on role in overseeing management of VIP clients.

This position will be relied upon to provide proactive solutions to the problems encountered as the team services our clients. An excellent understanding of new and existing product and itineraries will be required to develop the team as the primary contact point for FIT clients. Establishing and maintaining excellent customer service standards to convert enquiry into sales.

Are you ready to take on the challenging and rewarding role of managing PEAK Adventure brands trips in China and Russia?

As the Operations Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the successful and profitable running of all PEAK Russia and China’s group trips. You will be the main point of contact between Group Leaders and the PEAK office in Russia and China along with Operations and Product teams with in the Intrepid Group and other brands.

For this role, we would prefer a Chinese national. For foreign applicants, please note that employment is based upon providing appropriate documents for the purpose of being issued with the necessary permit to work and reside in China.

It is expected that the successful candidate takes on their new role with the commitment to remain in the position for a minimum of 24 months. We are looking for a successful candidate to start immediately, however the start date can be negotiated.

To maximize sales for PEAK DMCs, by developing and implementing sales strategies at a global and local level. The Global Sales Manager will work with the DMC network providing leadership to enable the network and each individual company grow its revenue, by developing new business and sharing strategies to maximize local sales and alternate revenue streams. In addition the role will be responsible for planning setup of sales and marketing flows across the DMCs. The GM reports to the Managing Director, Destination Management in Australia and works closely with the GMs of each DMC, DMC Global, Regional BDMs and local sales teams. The GM sales will also work alongside Intrepid Group Regional Directors to maximize opportunities for direct to DMC, or for group brands.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Accountant to join our North America Finance Team. We are now calling for expressions of interest for this new vacancy!
