Born in Mendoza, Argentina, where the snow-capped mountains reach the sky and the air is pure and thin. As a teenager I spent most of my summers bushwalking in Patagonia and climbing every mountain I could set foot on! This ignited my passion for discovering new places and meeting new people.
It didn't take long before I scored one of the best jobs ever: Tour Leader in South America for one of Intrepid's long time partners: GAP. When hiking the Inca Trail and sipping caipirinhas in Brazil became routine, I moved to Australia and convinced Intrepid into giving me a job! In this young, dynamic, fun company, I get to rely on my past adventures to help others plan their life time adventure in South and Central America, while I learn all about this frantic and always changing travel industry...

After graduating with a science/arts degree, I was not sure what I was going to do - so I took a trip to Indonesia where I found the answer! Within a year of returning, I had completed a Travel Industry diploma while working and saving frantically to get back out there.
Twelve months roughing it through most of Asia saw me eventually set up in the UK, working for British Airways and spending all my spare time getting out and about on the road. As incredible and inspiring as Europe is, it was Asia - in particular Indonesia, with its warmth and crazy rhythm - which saw me back in Melbourne and applying to work with Intrepid Travel.
That was almost 9 years ago. Since then, my roles within Intrepid have been varied but being the unique company Intrepid is, I have been supported through every evolution - from a short stint in Sales, to Group Leader then the combined role of Indonesian Ground Manager & Responsible Tourism Co-ordinator. After a two year break to start a family, I am now back in HQ as a 24 hour Global Reservations Consultant. Always fun, constantly changing and ever-growing, Intrepid is an exciting company to be a part of!
