Tell us about you

I love to travel and I study part time to learn more about the world's best industry. My ultimate travel experience is to walk the rim of Ngorongoro Crater in Tanzania.

Best travel memory

Helicopter ride over New York City.

Best travel tips

Always take a book with you when you travel - sometimes flights and road journeys can get boring, or take your Nintendo 3ds like I do!

Favourite food experience

Chinese chestnut and cabbage soup in Beijing and dirty dogs in New York City (that's hot dogs people).

Any advice for people considering embarking on the trip of a lifetime

Travel for as long as you can and don’t see too many places - who wants to remember a rushed holiday?

Which country is next on your list to experience and why

Going on Safari in Africa - what more do I need to say!

Favourite travel destination and why

My passion is scuba diving. I have dived among many amazing wrecks but Papua New Guinea would have to be my all time favourite destination. The underwater world (and above the water) is filled with WWII history - seeing a Japanese war plane 40 metres beneath the surface is a moving experience.

Most recent adventure

My most recent adventure was China. Seeing the Great Wall and being able to walk along it was definitely a tick off the list.

Best travel tips

Spend the extra time looking as you never know when you may see it next.

Any advice for people considering embarking on the trip of a lifetime

Do it now. There's no time like the present.

Which country is next on your list to experience and why

I really want to get to South America. My aim is to go diving in the Galapagos!

Tell us about you

I am originally from Malta and spent 2 and a half years living and working in Switzerland before moving to Australia. I am hopelessly addicted to travelling, writing, blogging and taking photos. I love randomness as it’s what makes life exciting.

Favourite travel destination and why

Definitely Vietnam. I spent 2 months travelling from North to South and was fascinated by the changing landscape but always lovely people, and of course, the amazing cuisine. I still haven’t seen everything and would love to go back for more.

How many countries have you visited?

It’s not about how many countries one has visited, it's about how one visits them.

Most recent adventure

Jet boating and helicopter-riding in Christchurch, New Zealand.

Best travel memory

Soaking in the wonderfully hot waters of an outdoor thermal bath in Budapest – under the stars, in -7 degrees.

Best travel tips

Let everyone travel the way they want to and don’t be judgmental. Always pre-book accommodation as it’s not fun wasting time lugging your backpack from one place to another. Always have a plan but be ready to be spontaneous is something great comes your way.

Favourite food experience

Korean barbeque with locals in Seoul one cold February night.

Any advice for people considering embarking on the trip of a lifetime

Travel is a life-long endeavour - there is no hurry. You can’t and won’t see everything in one trip, but by being selective and travelling slowly, you can create a meaningful connection with a place, its people and culture.

Which country is next on your list to experience and why

Japan has been on my wish list ever since I can remember. I just stopped making excuses as to why I couldn’t go and booked my 3 week trip because there are no excuses not to fulfil a life-long dream.

Tell us about you

I have a love for travel that has taken me to some amazing places including India, the Caribbean and Budapest. I am always up for a chat about anything travel as I am always interested where people have been to before.

Favourite travel destination and why

There are too many to name but some would include Poland, St Lucia, South Lake Tahoe and Germeny.

How many countries have you visited?

I have been to 35 counties.

Most recent adventure

My most recent place I visited was India. It is a huge culture shock but the people are really friendly, and the different scenery differs so much depending on region.

Best travel memory

Walking over the Brooklyn Bridge in the rain by myself and looking back at New York City.. I had to pinch myself, I was in awe! This has to me happened in many places, including Budapest, Pyramids in Egypt, and the view from skydiving in Switzerland.

Best travel tips

Always have your credit card pin number written down somewhere - it is the first thing you will forget when you have not used it for a while.

Favourite food experience

I love the food in India. I have never tasted anything like it - the favours are amazing.

Any advice for people considering embarking on the trip of a lifetime

Do not keep putting it off - do it now! You will never regret the experiences you have while travelling.

Which country is next on your list to experience and why

Next week I am going to New Zealand and I cannot wait. I have always wanted to see Queenstown, the NZ adventure capital.
