Best travel memory

Playing acoustic guitar with a mate and a local Greek resident on the balcony of his windmill villa in Oia, Santorini, as the sun set over the Aegean in front of us. Fairly awesome experience!!

Best travel tips

Whatever country you are going to, you only need one power adaptor. Take a power board from home and you can instantly charge everything at once!

I like to go for the ‘throw a dart at a map’ method. It’s just too hard to choose otherwise.

My travels over the past 10 years have taken me to all corners of our amazing world from Mexico to Russia, USA to Spain, NZ and Australia. I love exploring new cultures, histories and meeting people from all ways of life. 

Favourite travel destination and why

Mexico wins hands down on my favourite destination. The culture, the food, the people, the tequila! There is no place comparable to the welcoming smiling faces of Mexicans and their vibrant way of life.

My most recent adventure was living and studying in Spain.

Best travel memory

My best travel memory is meeting a guy in Mexico at a party who was so excited to meet an Australian. He then proceeded to tell me all about Australian wildlife and how he was so excited to visit Australia because his old Australian roommate had told him all about the ‘Drop Bear’.
