Intrepid Travel's Urban Adventures announced today that it has officially contracted 100 destinations. Currently, there are 71 live destinations on the Urban Adventures website (urbanadventures.com) and a further 29 destinations in various stages of product development.
New unique day tours include:
• Kyoto cycling tour
• Beijing Art and Architecture tour
• Kochi Waterfalls and Elephants tour
• Hong Kong's Around Kowloon in 8 markets
Urban Adventure General Manager Mark Robson said, "We've hit our target of 100 destinations because we have a fantastic team."
"We're also on track with our sales and product growth and we've recently launched four new destinations this month including Beijing, Hong Kong, Kochi and Kyoto. We are now everywhere around the world"
"Year to date, our best selling destinations have been Melbourne, Barcelona, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City, Toronto and San Francisco."
"We've recorded some great feedback with over 93% of passengers in 2010 commenting that they would do another Urban Adventure with us, so obviously we are offering a product that is spot on with expectations for a unique day tour."
Three of Intrepid Travel's Urban Adventures in San Francisco, Seattle and Rome featured on Channel 9's Getaway program last year.
