The Charles Darwin Foundation
This vital centre represents and protects fragile species in the Galapagos area by restoring natural environments and increasing habitats for endangered species. Conservation projects work to restore degraded areas, protect precious ecosystems and garner community involvement and support for this important part of the world.

Animal Care in Egypt (ACE)
This animal hospital on the outskirts of Luxor treats, rehabilitates and feeds thousands of mistreated donkeys, mules, dogs, camels and other animals. Made up of a team of dedicated vets and volunteers, ACE also educates local people on appropriate animal care and welfare.

Cuc Phuong Conservation Projects
The Cuc Phuong Turtle Conservation Centre works to protect the many species of endangered turtle that live within the Cuc Phuong National Park. Breeding programs, research and habitat conservation all help to reverse the population decline of turtles that are endemic to this region.

Tat Kuang Si Bear Rescue Centre
This centre provides a home and rehabilitation for bears that are rescued from hunting and the illegal wildlife trade. This organisation also invests in community education programs that focus on awareness of environment issues and the importance of wildlife conservation.

Cambodia's first organization committed to wildlife and biodiversity conservation, ACCB rescues and rehabilitates threatened species, and educates and trains locals in environmental protection and management.

Friends of the Asian Elephant
This non-government organisation aims to protect and conserve the welfare of elephants - both domesticated and wild. Providing treatment and rehabilitation to injured and mistreated elephants as well as education programs to vets, mahouts and carers, this organisation is dedicated to the elephants cause in many ways.
